There were quite a few weeks of planning and organising involved in attending the clubs first NEC Classic Car Show, and it was certainly worth it. We had three cars on display, a Rover 220 GTi Turbo, a Rover 218 VVC Coupe, and a Rover 216 Cabriolet.We were running a dealership theme for the stand, and had some original dealership price signs on display. Unfortunately we had to remove these price signs part way through the show as the general public seemed to actually think these cars were for sale at those prices. Quite a few people approached us to kindly let us know our prices were unrealistic and they didn’t think they would sell.
