Pride of Longbridge Rally 14th April 2007 |

The 2nd Pride of Longbridge Rally was organised by the Longbridge Community Action Trust who support those who were affected by the closure of MG Rover.   The rally started off at Hopwood Park Services, where enthusiasts of MG-Rover and their vehicles started arriving from 9:30am with a calvalcade due to take place at 11:30am down to Cofton Park opposite the MG-Rover factory. Austins and Rovers from all eras were in attendance Once in Cofton Park the cars just kept flooding in, with attendance being superb. The weather was also fantastic, with the day being more like mid-summer than mid-spring. |
