Re: What's ahead in 2020

What is the date for the 30th ana of the r8 4 door and where will it be held? If so when will ticket be available? At the moment there is no plan to run a specific R8 4-door event as it would be too close in content and timing to the R8 launch event we can last year. We will be including the 400 in...

Re: Club Member Discount with XPart

I just tried the hot line for a part for my Rover 75 and although they were not able to help they this time they were 100% on the ball and extremely helpful and pointed me in the direction of a supplier that is not part of the discount deal but does have the part available. This was Rimmer Bross. G...

What's ahead in 2020

Thank you to everyone who participa...

Re: New member for Spain

:welcome Thank you for your introduction and photos - we're interested to see how this transformation works out. Most body and trim parts are interchangeable but I'm guessing that the 414 doesn't have electric windows and that the 420 probably does, so you have the chance for an upgrade :clapping Pl...

Re: Steering suddenly went extremely light.

The steering rack on Honda-engined R8 200s, 400s and Concertos is exactly the same part. The problem usually causing the steering to go light instantly is the breakage of the internal 'C' spring at the top of the steering pinion that gives the rack its 'Positive Centre Feel' feature. Unfortunately i...

Re: Murf has a new owner...

:scared Now I know why you wanted all the work done. That wasn't the plan. I wanted MURF to be as good as possible mechanically to start on the next 25 years of motoring and we've achieved that :clapping Then I became aware of a special car ... It's feels great when an idea turns into a good plan and then when any expectations are exceeded it feels even better :D

I know Murf will be well looked after by Sam, with maybe a little help from his father.
