Its on the metal elbow that is bolted to the engine block, right side near airbox.

Just pick one of the above which looks like the one fitted

You should have soaked your new tappers in 10/40 semi for a day or so prior to fitting to make sure they were full of oil prior to fitting. The engine was only ever designed for 10/40 based on being in England’s tropical environment. Did you also line up the oil feed holes in the tappet to those in ...

I'm surprised: was your 218vvc cabby factory fitted?
I thought 200 cabbies were only fitted with 1.4 & 1.6 engines...
Not factory fit, but officially registered. Even shows on the v5.

That list also doesn’t show my vvc cabby either (registered with dvla as 218 vvc).

Pscan is closer to £200 as you need an additional adapter as early cars don’t have odb.
