When I said "wurth product that Johnny mentioned" I was talking about the plastic dye. I have never heard of such a product and am eager to see its permanent results!

Other people have recommended a generous smear of peanut butter on the grey bumpers![]()

Does that peanut butter come with a pinch of salt?

Re: 216 grey bumpers
I've always used auto glym bumper care on all external plastics and rubber on all my cars. It works a treat and lasts for some time. Like Johnny said about the Wurth product it needs to be applied to clean and dry plastic in dry conditions. However it doesnt require masking and works very well on ru...

Great to see stew!
I was looking for a PAS pump, does it not come with the pulley for the belt?
Mine has a wobble, is it the pulley or is it the pump?
Might take the wing mirrors for spares..
Please PM me.

Re: RetroRacer's 1994 216 SLi 'Vincent' (pic heavy)
Your car looks really good. Our 216 Cabriolet is the same colour, and nearly the same registration (ours is L200 OMG). This gold colour was obviously popular back then. Richard Bosworth Thank you Richard, your registration is amazing! Perfect for a golden 216 cabriolet :D There is still some way to...

Gave him his first outside wash yesterday. Warm water and 2 bucket system with autoglym car shampoo. Got rid of all the moss at the bottom of the windows and around the chrome strips. :clapping Not that it will last too long in the British winter weather but hey will make the next wash easier :D Cou...

Boot problems
I can pop my boot open with the key or the lever but closing it is another story. I spent 45 mins today trying to get the boot to click closed. Upon inspecting the mechanism it is very loose, I can move the bar a good inch without affecting the lock at all! I couldnt take any of the plastic trim off...
