For road use Pagid have been good for me , you brakes on your 214 paul will probably be the smaller solid disc . My 30k 214 has just passed mot with no advisorys , will have to put a thread on about it ,its like it just came out of the factory well done covid 19 🍾🥂🍻 Saw your post on FB. Be good to ...

The front end of an R8 ( and R3s and 800's for that matter) is prone to brake disc run-out induced brake judder. To minimise this you need to us a DTI when fitting new discs. Fit the disc to the hub, secure with nuts so it's not loose, zero the DTI on a track about 1/2" in from the outer edge of th...

Its not that bad , find yourself another garage who will repair anything and not cherry pick , ive done this on drive up ramps and axle stands , without the luxury of a 4 poster lift and been able to stand up , cop out that garage . You can bet older spring will be made out of superior material and as been heat treat correctly, many item like these , are made to cost and not quality these days ,cheaper steels and process ,who was the refurbishment company ?

Yes on the old dash bud , got a rear fog light switch in at moment where your hood switch would be on your bubble dash , pictures of the switch :wink

Those look excellent. The fog lights for a phase 2 front end were available as a kit, but there aren't many (or any) examples around of them ever being fitted to anything other than a 220 or 420. I wonder what you've done regarding the switch? Have you wired them so you can switch them on/off indep...
