Can anyone tell me how to tension the cambelt on my16v 98 200si its got the auto tensioner with the allen key bit in the middle and not the other type you tension using finger pressure,HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From memory you just loosen the bolt, the spring automatically takes up the tension, and then you relock using the bolt.

There are some great vids on youtube from technozen that detail how to change the cambelt.
