CARB HELP

ok so its rover related in the sense im going from single point injection to carb, now i have a KIF SU carb but my issue is there are 5 inlet/outlet pipes i dunno which is for what and cannot find anything online im hoping one of yous brilliant lot will know. im gunna be extra helpful and add some pictures with them all numbered to save confusion

What you need is a Haynes manual for the Rover Metro!

However, I can give you a couple of clues:
1 and 3 will be breathers to the crankcase or manifold, 2 is the fuel overflow/return, 4 is the fuel inlet, 5 is the vacuum tube to the ignition ECU.

thank you so much :D can i use my 214 single point injection ecu or im i in need of the metro ecu? im more thinking in terms on the wire that plugs on the solinoid

The solenoid is the idle bypass control. It pulls in to allow throttle bypass air when at idle.

The vacuum connections control ignition advance and also, via a thermac switch in the air filter box, a flap valve in the inlet duct to divert some warmed inlet air from around the exhaust manifold.

ok so in short will i need a new ecu?
