Drivers seat belt

#1 Post by 216secoupeessex » Thu May 23, 2019 11:44 am

Hi the receiver? On my 98 1.6 coupe drivers seat belt is worn, it clicks but not firmly - feels worn.
I have looked around and cant seem to get a new one, will the Land Rover one fit?

Thanks

Ok thanks.
Do I have to disarm them at all, or just unbolt from floor and bolt them back in?
Been a while since I have touched anything with electrics to this extent

I believe that there are two different patterns of the latter pretensioner stalk.

In my experience the clip is pretty rubbish anyway, they don't locate the tang with the same positive click even when they're working.

I have two 95 built cars, one where the buckle fell to bits and one set that still works every time, neither gives a nice click. :sad
