My first thought is "no" as the two are based on very different platforms. However, i have no direct experience

Cheapest way would be to go breakers and get set of MG ZR suspension struts

All depends on what you want and how many miles your car has done. If your car as done a high mileage then as JohnDQ said the cheap option is to go for ZS120 struts and springs as long as they are in good condition but your car will have the sameish or even bigger gap between wheel arch and tyre because most ZS 120s were fitted with 17 inch wheels.

Pi springs are good and work well on your car if you want to buy a spring kit and you wont have to change wheel size to stop your car looking like a 4 x 4.
