Front Carpet Retaining Clips

#1 Post by Julesmat50 » Sun Jul 02, 2017 5:27 pm

Whilst re-installing my interior after having some welding doing, I happened to notice that all the clips that hold the front of the carpet in place are missing/broken. I had no need to remove then, so clearly they have been missing for some time. I had a look on Rimmers site for the replacements, but I don't think I'm any the wiser as to which ones I need.As far as I can tell I'm missing one in the passenger seat footwell and maybe 2 from the drivers side. Can anyone advise as to which part I actually need to get to re-attach my carpet? Thanks for any advice.

I will check my little stores as I think I had a spare set lying around belonging to a set of mats I brought.

Just to avoid you potentially wasting your time (which I don't want to do) I'm looking for the clips that fix the carpet to the front inner wheelarches and also front bulkhead. They might be of the same spec as the ones that are used to fix the rear of the carpet to the floorpan under the back seat, but as they are missing, I have no way of confirming this. :sad
