Driver's door interior trim 216 cabrio

The top metal strip on the trim panel (?scraper bar?) with pointy projections to hold it in place fell off and has been lost. Rimmer Bros. cannot help. Can anyone?

I still have a passenger door for a coupe you could adapt to fit but I won't have it for long.
