Rover 216 Cabriolet (1998) car cover

#1 Post by supaspark » Sun Apr 12, 2020 10:07 am

Hi can anyone recommend a good car cover for my cabriolet while it is parked up in the garage usually over the wet winter
month's, the garage is a double warm and dry,but share's some space with her indoor's gardening equipment :cursing so the car acquires some dust on the body/roof, one with a Rover Logo would be nice but any good quality would do :)
Her indoor's is treating it :angel .

Thank You

I’ve got a semi tailored indoor cover for my 214 from Hamilton Classic, I’ve also got one for my Elise and the BRM. Both are good quality, fit well and were delivered quickly.

I have indoor covers from Hamilton's on my cars. They are good quality and fit well.

Do you have your red emergency roof, could use that as a part cover.

Thank you mates for that interesting information: I've just got one on the fleabay for the rather decent sum of £45 + shipping.
I think now it would have been nice to have it when I bought the cabby, because of the seriously distressed hood - full of holes - and the rain that was dripping inside. :scared
I'd hear of it long since but I thought it was a definite non obtainium...
Always happy to get some genuine goodies or accessories for my Rovers. :)
I feel it could give my cabby a slight old smell of authenticity like in the good old days. :cool
