Great show as always. Thanks to Paul for sorting out the passes.
Good to give the 416 blast up and down then M1/M69/A46/M40.
As others have said about their cars, mine performed faultlessly too.

Re: BMC/Leyland/Rover day, Gaydon 2nd July 2017
I don't use my air con because I've noticed the engine revs run higher and lower and higher and lower - seems to switch maybe every 10 secs.220 GSi turbo wrote:And I discovered that yet another of our cars has non-functioning airconMr Teddy Bear wrote: and the weather turned hot.
When driving you can feel the difference in pulling when driving.
Is this normal?

Re: BMC/Leyland/Rover day, Gaydon 2nd July 2017
Glad that it's normal - might start using it a bit more then! Found it a bit offputting at first - not the air con, but the engine behaviour when using it. Only very subtle, but noticeable.

Re: BMC/Leyland/Rover day, Gaydon 2nd July 2017
and to those that didn't arrive, i hope you had a good excuse
i had a damaged foot, advisories that i shouldn't drive due to the quantity of drugs required to make it bearable, the inability to wear footwear due to swelling but i still managed to do the 260 mile round trip with family in tow to get there (even if i was in a 75
