Is it a good idea to have membership forms on the stand in order to snap up willing new members there and then?

Will there be some where secure to deposit cash and cheque's, forms etc?
This was an issue discussed at the AGM.

We can bring plenty of membership forms with us. If you want to take money off people at the show it might be worth having a cash float on the stand because we won't have easy internet access and I doubt many people visiting the stand will come armed with their cheque books!

If required I could print out a small number of membership packs so that people paying on the day can walk off the stand with a membership pack and if they're a postal member, a copy of the magazine.
