Tickets arrived on my doormat yesterday morning.

We have:

Unlimited for Thursday (all hands on deck to get set up! :laughing2 )

8 for Friday

10 for Saturday

12 for Sunday

First dibs obviously goes to the people who have their car on display, then what we have left can be shared out among anybody who wants to come and help 'man' the stand (obviously not for the full 8 hours, you will be on a rota system that allows you to look around the show as well :wink3 )

Priority will be given to paid up members of the club.

We also have four car park tickets: these will need to be shared out over the course of the weekend to make sure we get the maximum use from them. I would recommend to anybody who lives relatively local (eg Birmingham, Coventry etc) to use the train to get there: I am told it is relatively cheap compared with the cost of driving to and parking at the NEC!

Please PM me with your requirements, including your address to post them to.

At the JRC meeting all clubs that are members of the JRC are going to have something on the stand noting the fact they are a member, this includes us, a little write up about the JRC wouldn't hurt.

If there's something I can print and laminate, I'll put it on one of the card holders on our stand table.

I'm there for set-up Thursday and strip-down Sunday but can also do Friday, if required.

Kevin Morton ( who is having trouble getting onto t'internet can only do Friday.

Paul, you've probably got enough names now to put a little chart on here to see if we still have gaps.

I think I've said before that I'll probably end up buying a ticket for the friend who's helping trailer the sectioned car to and from the show as he rather have that than some money!

As I posted on Oct 12th -

I'm up for manning one day (or more, possibly) and set up/pack up. Assuming the 216GSI is still wanted on the stand, I'll have to be there Sunday to pick it up anyway.

I hardly profess to be an expert on the Marque, so might need to buddy up with someone that is.

It has been confirmed that my 216GSI is required, I'm still available all days to man the stand if wanted.

Cheers,

Duncan

It looks good if Duncan can do the Saturday too...

My "+1" is only there to help with the trailering of the sectioned car, so won't hang around long on Thurs and will come later on Sunday

I've got the JRC info from Trevor and will laminate it.

Polos should be with me tomorrow.

Update:

Thursday (setup): Jeremy +1, Carl, John B +1, me, swanndoggz, Duncan

Friday: Kevin, Tim, Carl, John B, swanndoggz

Saturday: Jeremy (am only), Tim. Duncan tbc

Sunday: Jeremy, Carl, John B +1, me, swanndoggz, Duncan

John, if your driver is coming after 6pm on Friday, he can use a build/breakdown ticket. If he is coming earlier, I will send a day ticket for him.

I have four car park passes which we can maximise the use of. So nobody should buy a car park ticket when they arrive.

Would somebody PM me Kevin's address and/or phone number, please?
