BMC/Leyland show 3/7/16 @ BMM, Gaydon

Postby GTiJohn » Sun Feb 21, 2016 11:41 am

NB. BMM=British Motor Museum which is the new name for the Heritage Motor Museum.

I've just been sent an entry application form for this event but there are no more details on their website as yet. They should appear here soon - http://www.britishmotormuseum.co.uk/events/shows

Entry is by application only and costs £7 for a car and 2 people. Additional passengers are £8ea and all passes include entry to the newly refurbished museum too.

Unfortunately the pdf of the application form is too big to attach to this thread so pm me your email address if you'd like it sent to you.

I received a club stand booking form from Tom at Gaydon: as far as I can see, we book the stand and our members will need to book themselves in directly with BMM Gaydon.

I confirmed with Tom that all cars covered by our club are eligible to take part :)

So who will be going?

BMM Gaydon has told us that we will be entitled to a few free entry passes, as we have booked a club display.

If you are a paid-up club member and would like a free pass, please look in the 'Members Area' of this forum before 12th June for more details on how to get hold of one (if you are not a member, maybe this would be a good incentive for you to join us now :wink3 )

There will be a limited number of these and they cover a car, driver and one passenger. All additional passengers will still need to buy tickets.

If you've still got spares left over, send me one and ill try and get both Rovers down there. I've already ordered one ticket directly.
