the alternative is a file or multi tool or dremil to cut some new hex slots in. they will be small but there shouldn't be that much pressure on the bolt to put up much of a fight.

irwins bolt extractors or Torx sockets work well for us when that happens

Absolutely, all day long. Difference being this cost £200 vs £4,5 maybe even £600 to do that. You also have to remember we are not a body shop (yet) our goal is to make it not fugly and charge what it costs. All steel work we touch is coated in kurust, then zinc primer coated, then seam sealed, then...

If it can’t get rid of the gasses it would just choke it’s self in the combustion chamber, thus not start.

You’ve assembled the front suspension without fitting the drive shafts. Are you not going to need to take all that apart again come fitting time?
