Re: BMC & Leyland Show, Gaydon - 7th July 2019

My Gaydon tickets/passes arrived today that I brought. When I applied for them I intended to bring a different car but this has now changed. Does anyone know if the person on gate will know this or do they just look at your pass hanging on rear view mirror and not the car reg?

Where do I get one of these?

This appears to be broken. It's from a 1997 400 bubble. Am I right in saying it's a trailing arm bush? https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/47984690087_3d56ef73ba_k.jpg Untitled by Steve Butcher , on Flickr https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/47984688488_8536fd3056_k.jpg Untitled by Steve Butcher , o...

I would start by giving the whole area a damned good degreasing to help identify the source of the leak
Yeah I did that and leak doesn't seem to have come back. Hoping it was excessive oil from previous problem. Time will tell I guess

Fluid leak

Just found a small pool of fluid underneath recent 400 bubble purchase. On a quick look it appears to be coming from under the power steering pump but after collecting some in a container it looks and smells more like engine oil than transmission fluid. I will be taking a better look when I get it u...

400 bumpers

Does anyone know if there's a difference with a 400 bubble rear bumper for a 5 door model https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-DQC101481LML and a rear bumper for a 4 door saloon model https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-DQC101040LML Only asking as 5 door one is NLA even though I swear it was when I looked last...

Re: Pride of Longbridge 13th April 2019

Well of course it worked!!!! It's good to see it though. Thank you to Jeremy and Steve Huckle for working it all out :clapping It's Jeremy, what did you expect :*laughing my fat rear end off* Seriously though your plan was immense especially the 4.20 metres bit that someone mistook for a 420 model ...
