Re: Bristol Car Show 2012

I'm really sorry I couldn't make it, I've had so many set backs mainly down to the weather that I just couldn't get the car ready .
Taking a note for next years event though.

Mine are genuine too, the vertical edge slides in between the outer plastic trim that the wing mirror is attached too and the glass.

Re: Side window deflector fitting

I've literally just removed mine from our tourer to go onto my saloon , mine push in slightly between the outer seal and glass then a small clamp keeps the top in place whilst another small clamp with a metal bracket secures the bottom, the metal clip hooks under the edge of the weather strip ever s...

Re: Lights and sunglasses?

I use my headlights during the day , don't wear sunglasses though, but for me it's a safety thing , especially if it's sunny and i drive into a shadow the lights help people see that I'm there and it's almost become habit . And better to be safe than sorry , especially when I've got my kids in the c...

Re: Steering / ignition lock prblem

Have the teeth on the key worn down excessively ? Worn keys will be difficult to use after a while. I'm not 100% on this , but if you can remove the electrical switchgear from the end of the barrel and be able to start the car then all shall be fine. My brother has a BMW , which has suffered from ba...
