My car is a 1.4 so I think it has the R65 box, rimmers list a complete PRT kit so I was hoping it was a simple bolt on job

Thanks for your comments I’ve not heard of the PRT so I may go down that route,is there a blanking plug and seal available?

Thanks to everyone for their comments,I’m going to order the elastomer gasket dmgrs sell one which is supposedly better than the rover original so fingers crossed.As I’ve got the head removed I thought it would be a good idea to change the thermostat does anyone have a suggestion as to the best one ...

Hi everyone my 2006 rover 45 k series has had HGF after removing the head I checked the liner heights and found they were only 0.05mm above the block there are quite a few opinions on which gasket to use. I would like to use the mls gasket but I’m not sure my liners are high enough your thoughts on ...

Thanks I’m not keen on using it everyday now as it’s starting to take it’s toll but with my wife’s car sharing driveway space and two Honda gold wings in the garage space is now limited for another car
