I have recently re-joined the ranks of Rover 200 (R8) owners with a purchase of a rather "tatty" 1990 Rover 216Gsi 5 door hatchback with 80K on the clock.
In the past I have had two Rover 216Gsi but they were sold on as part exchanges for "newer" Rover 400 (bubble shape). I still regret doing that!!!
My other cars include MG Maestro's both 2.0i and 2.0 Turbo which have severely tested my welding skills but my "new" R8 looks pretty rust free. (famous last words?).
So I look forward to making a contribution to the forum.
