Best way to fix sagging roof liner?

What the best way to fix a roof liner that's started sagging? Is it a case of make few cuts and spraying some spray glue?

That's been discussed recently if you do a topic search.

Someone has done a 'running repair'; taking the roof lining out is a major interior strip out.
