Door panels.

#1 Post by Stan Thomas » Mon Nov 15, 2021 4:24 pm

My 420GSi has the common problem of the material becomming un-glued from the backing.

Is the material available "off the roll" as it could be an "indoor job" over the winter. Or any other ideas???

Regards to all,

Stan.

Most of the seat door card trim is NLA, the remnants are held by a E.U company [ I think Dutch] who only sell to the trade. The scrap man is your friend! :)

Speak to Allon White in Cranfield-they’re a Lotus & Morgan specialist, but have a fantastic trim shop and have done work for me and a friend in the past, with great results.

P.S. it depends what material the door trim is; anything plain and a good match is available, patterned is obviously much more difficult!
